喜报！暨在加拿大化学思维挑战和美国计算机科学思维挑战中获得优异成绩之后，园外学子们在英国物理思维挑战赛和美国物理杯挑战赛中再次斩获佳绩！

We bring you glad tidings! After achieving excellent results in the Canadian Chemistry Contest and American Computer Science League, the students of SIPFLS have once again achieved great results in the 2021 Physics Challenge and 2021 American Physics Bowl.

2021英国物理思维挑战赛中，我校的参赛学生获得了1个金奖（Gold）、9个银奖（Silver）、8个铜奖（Bronze）, 同时2021美国“物理杯”中获得1个全国金奖（Gold）

The students from SIPFLS have won 1 Gold, 9 Silver, 8 Bronze from the Physics Challenge, and 1 National Gold from American Physics Bowl.

英国物理挑战赛（中级&高级）由英国物理奥赛组委会主办。英国物理奥赛组委会主要由牛津大学、英国物理学会和 Odgen 基金会组成，办公室设在牛津大学物理系。英国物理挑战赛（中级&高级）题型新颖，旨在拓展学生的横向思维能力，激发学生的物理潜能，是一项极具挑战性的活动。

The British Physics Olympiad is a charitable trust overseen by a committee of trustees. It was initiated in 1979,and has been used as a qualifier for the selection of the UK Physics Team for the International Physics Olympiad since 1983. The Senior Physics Challenge is an exciting opportunity for students to stretch their lateral thinking skills and apply fundamental physical principles to novel situations.

“物理杯”由全美极具影响力的高中生物理竞赛权威的美国物理教师协会(AAPT) 主办。11个国家超过500 所学校参加、全球统一成绩排名，优胜者将获邀请参加全球顶级科学竞赛与科研项目。

Physics Bowl is hosted by AAPT, which is the most influential high school authority association of Physics competition. There are more than 500 schools in 11 countries participated in the Physicbowl. Global unified ranking for winners, and the winners will be invited to participate in the world’s top Science competitions.
